Private project. Completed 2025

Private house is situated in a secluded valley, a two-hour drive from city, enveloped by pine forests and shielded by a mountain draped in bamboo. This boutique resort comprises just three elegantly designed guest suites, each with panoramic views, complemented by a refined wine and cigar bar. In line with philosophy of "Find yourself in nature," our objective—from planning to architectural design—is to showcase the unique beauty of the valley's pine forests. We aim to harmonize with the natural landscape, creating an unparalleled retreat experience exclusive to villa. The buildings are thoughtfully positioned along the valley's contours, each oriented to capture unique views. Guests are invited to embrace the gentle valley breeze as they embark on their journey to tranquility.
At the entrance, a bamboo-textured concrete and charred black wood "L"-shaped gate harmoniously merges with the landscape, welcoming guests with open arms—embracing the valley’s greenery on one side and inviting visitors on the other.

Carefully positioned to take maximum advantage of the nuances of their particular circumstances, the ensemble also defines a natural enclave entirely removed from the neighbors looming on all sides, and a vista that suggests a larger extent to this isolation. Rooms find themselves in the position of being in-between, guiding the inhabitant from the outside community to the inside enclave, and back out to the adjacent surrounding territories.
ceilings and floors and anchored by massive masonry volumes of rough-textured brick, originally manufactured for historic restoration. Alternately shielding the precinct of the home from the gaze from, and view of, the neighboring properties, these masonry surfaces add texture, light and shadow over the course of the day. Meticulously considered and detailed throughout, the home presents a carefully primed canvas for the play of nature, light and circumstance to take center stage.

Developement project. Club house. Completed 2025

The progressive sequence of corridors unfolds the space layer by layer, with light shine through the separated curtain wall and columns, casting sacred and serene shadows. Natural courtyard and warm stone materials complement each other, silently but infusing the space with the purest spirit.
Taking the primary space as the base point, the core device “JIN - the brocade” is positioned at the axis of the hall within four square screens. Employing delicate and sophisticated craftsmanship, it weaves the traditional Sichuan brocade into local pattern that only belongs to Chengdu. The artistic technique is innovative, using a new method to portray the "lantern" as a symbol of magnificent living, reshaping the artistic perception of beauty in life. Through the clever interplay of soft lighting, the space attains a harmonious balance between complexity and simplicity, and enhancing the spatial experience.

Developement project. Spa house. Completed 2024

Before digitization, many records and commitments were made on paper. This small but weighty piece of paper was more than just a means of transaction, it was a medium of trust and relationship between people.
In the Spa Carry Lounge project, the team uses the concept of "paper" as the central design motif, aiming to visually express the deep trust and long-standing relationships the brand has built with its clients.
A sheet of paper is thin and flexible, yet has the depth to hold many stories within it. The wall, which extends from the entrance to the depths of the interior, flows through the space in an organic flow, like an unfolded sheet of paper. More than just a boundary, the gently curving wall becomes an axis of movement that draws the visitor's eye and encourages natural movement.
The walls are lined with openings that lead to other spaces, creating the experience of stepping inside the paper. The walls, which mimic the texture and flexibility of paper, are designed to smoothly connect the spaces, creating a sense of openness while maintaining a private atmosphere.

Developement project. Stanley Restaurant. Completed 2025

The Stanley Branch, located in a bustling office district, spans an impressive 264 square meters. This space is designed to provide moments of respite for the busy office workers of modern society, allowing them to unwind while still preserving the core identity of the Stanley brand.
As soon as you enter through the main entrance, you are greeted by towering pillars and a floating bakery display that immediately draws attention, with the counter positioned further back. The floating display was a deliberate design choice to avoid creating a sense of confinement, with the material differences between the display and the counter further enhancing this open feel.
The hall boasts high ceilings, which contribute to the overall grandeur of the space. In contrast, the ceiling in the service area behind the counter is lowered to create a more intimate and humble atmosphere, underscoring the service-oriented nature of the bakery. Subtle ambient lighting was employed to draw attention to the counter without being overbearing, creating a welcoming and comfortable scene.

Silver seconds drip from aluminum eaves, Reflecting dandelion-soft halos, Rain grinds ink between corrugated tiles, Ripples dissolve in cyclical melt. Moss hoards subterranean dampness, The hour hand sprouts from bruised earth, Whispering crystalline secrets, Senses drown in congealed turbulence, Misting an endless clandestine tale.
Shards from memory’s depths carry emotional gravity that transcends time – floating through consciousness with razor-edged haze, elusive to logic yet piercing life’s numbness in sudden flashes.
Washed red travertine veins reveal ancient lakebed sediment. The moon gate’s curved tile wall sinks downward, ink-spreading in suspended crimson waters, settling entire cacophonies. Warm isolated light caresses a corner, a clump of grass. Beyond flickering candles, trembling woods. Between fragmented walls and crevices – Stillness invites voyeuristic glimpses.

Developer office. In progress till september 2025.

Working on a sales office project for the developer 3S Group in Moscow, we notice that experience in the HORECA sector is increasingly being applied in commercial real estate.

Hospitality and quality of service, typical of leading hotel chains, are becoming the basis for developers around the world.

When creating sales offices, the emphasis is on creating an atmosphere of trust and comfort, where the client feels part of something bigger.
I develop such projects and believe in their success.

My efforts are focused on creating projects that meet my expectations and ambitions.
I am confident that they have the potential to achieve the goals of my customers.

Restaurant Mosaic. In progress till september 2026.

Extending the "Hands of labour" concept from its interiors to bespoke furniture and art creates a cohesive and immersive interior design that complements and heightens the unique culinary experience at Mosaic restaurant.
The lush green cover melts away as guests arrives at the porte cochere to be welcomed with a composed maître d lobby that frames the inner court, whilst an elegant dried installation punctuates the arrival to compliment the iconic reception with flanking elevations of soft curves.
Moving along Mosaic's corridor encircling the landscape courtyard, diners are invited to enjoy an aperitif at MOMMA. The warm and inviting wine room is adorned with timber notes, hand woven wall coverings, and curated artwork.
The main restaurant takes centre stage as guests dine with warm ambient light glowing against artisanal bespoke finishes, light timber notes, louvered panels and understated filigree. The show kitchen is a collection of intimate gentle marble counters where diners can appreciate the chefs in action moving gracefully in an almost monastically simple yet luxe interior. Marble, timber, terrazzo being mediums orchestrated carefully to juxtapose against the views of the exterior and the feature wall sculpture fashioned from pineapple fibres.

Within the living room, a minimalist natural wenge dining table is anchored beneath a trio of Flos Skygarden pendants, while a Lilium sofa, - with an asymmetrical silhouette and soft architectural curve - provides a refined centrepiece. A Xilos coffee table in glossy Sahara Noir marble and a kitchen island paired with warm tobacco-toned natural leather bar stools create striking focal points across the entertaining space, where rich, tactile materials perfectly balance heritage with a unique modern lifestyle.
Beyond the apartment’s elegant communal spaces, the bedrooms provide a tranquil retreat, with the principal suite featuring a bespoke Kasia leather headboard with integrated brass reading lights and a generous walk-in dressing room fitted with custom wardrobes from the Backstage collection. Throughout each bedroom, an array of carefully curated artwork and original period features sit alongside modern finishes to create a refined sense of luxury.
